Ghostly Milotic - 1 of many

Oh wow, they made the submit page different....ah well! Quick sketch, inks, and some colors of a Ghostly Milotic - a series I'm planning on doing over the next couple of weeks or so for Halloween for my fans on the Facebook page, PKMN Trainer Kiki Noah. X3 Hehe. People seem to like them~
But yeah. :3 I know there are a few mistakes and such...but I'm not really planning on fixing them. Sorry!
